SEO Specialist

Optimanova is an international digital marketing agency based in Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife, which was founded over 12 years ago by former Google employees.

We are seeking an expert SEO Manager to lead the evolution of our organic channel strategy. You will develop and execute innovative organic growth plans for B2B and B2C clients across lead generation and e-commerce sectors on both national and international levels.

We are currently looking for a SEO Specialist (m/f/d) to support our team

Responsibilities

  • Technical & AI Readiness Audits (indexability, LLMs, etc)
  • Website Usability
  • Performance Analytics

Requirements

  • Language skills: fluency in English is a must (other languages are a plus)
  • In-depth SEO knowledge
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field
  • Tool Mastery (GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
  • Technical Proficiency (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript rendering)
  • Results-oriented with the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Data-Driven Mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
  • AI & Automation (AI tools & LLM optimization strategies)
  • Interest in digital trends
