Junior Online Marketing Manager

As a Junior Online Marketing Manager, you’ll help the team to serve & grow our customer base. You will work to meet the customers expectations by providing the best possible service. You will work in a multicultural environment within a multidisciplinary team to define the best strategy for the clients to achieve their marketing objectives. You should embrace change and have a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimise client accounts by analysing and managing their campaign strategy.
  • Improve the customers individual ad and campaign performance. Build relevant, researched keyword lists and groupings and create/edit text for client advertising campaigns.
  • Respond to client inquiries by email, phone and face to face presentations.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
  • Relevant customer/client service experience, preferably within an online environment.
  • Demonstrated creativity: in writing, communication and presentations.
  • Online Marketing background an advantage but not essential.
  • Proven analytical and research skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German
  • Knowledge of Google Products
